Is the old Superchips D-Box the same as an EZ???

Hey all, found a good deal on an old Superchips D-Box (they dont make em anymore) for 01 24V. I have heard that it is identical to an EZ, and as such would be great for stacking with my TST PM3 ??? Anyone know about this????

Yes. It is.

If not the same,, very close. It is made by Edge Products Inc. for SuperChips.

Find one cheap?

Thanks Merrick. Yup, picked one up on evilbay for $245. Beats almost $500 for an EZ when they are the same thing. Cant wait to stack it!! Hope I finally can get some smoke and some low end grunt !!!

When stacking, plug the TST PM3 into the map sensor first, then plug the EZ into the PM3 harness, then plug your stock harness into the female of the EZ.

I hope I said that right.

How many boxes do you need? Is your goal to have one of each variation that will fit on you truck?

You need to upgrade to a Powermax Competition and then watch the smoke roll.......

I need some headwork before I do anything else. I currently don't clear up all the smoke at 44psi. It would have been nice to have had your comp last night for a little back to back comparison to see how much higher the number would have been.

Ryan,
Which injectors were you running on the dyno?
44psi sounds about right for the Bd4's and Drag comp.

That's a good idea! Never thought of that one before.

I was running the BD4s and the Drag Comp. If the head gasket wasn't an issue I think I could get a few more out of the turbo. Sinse its the daily driver I'm not willing to push this head gasket and it also makes it difficult to get the work done when it leaves me with out anything to drive.
