You had better add a FP guage to that list. Running a Comp without one is . Is your wire tapped?
I have heard good things about South Bend and con FE.

Get a fuel pressure gauge first. Don't go that small on the sticks, you will just have to upgrade later. Give us a budget, and what your wanting to do with it, tow or play

I wouldn't do the FE, with the trailer. I would say the OFE would be better. Still no budget? we need to know if we can put you on a bigger turbo. That will let us know how big of sticks we can get. And if he put a comp on a 2nd gen 24v and no FP gauge, Im not inpressed with this guy

Forget the stage 2 air right now. The money is best spend elsewhere right now.
As far as FE vs OFE- the fe uses an feramic clutch material, while the ofe is organic on one side and feramic on the other. The oem is organic. Fe is rated at 550 hp and the ofe is 450.

Guages pyro, fuel pressure, boost 3-400
Fuel system upgrades or pusher pump 1-700
Clutch 7-900
s300 turbo 700+ or upgrades your to a hybrid for 3-400
spend the rest on sticks

Talking

I got all my gauges from http://genosgarage.com/departments.asp?dept=2
The instructions with them are pretty good. Here is a pic of the Isspro new Dodge white gauges at night.

Look up your local Chapter and see if they will help with the install.
As far as what i mentioned about the clutches I'm not too sure on the different types, i have an auto.
