I figured 5.9 mm of lift to be around 21* of timing. You originally said you had 18*, which would be around 5.3 mm of lift?

15* 5.4mm
15.5 5.5mm
16 5.6mm
16.5 5.7mm
17 5.8mm
17.5 5.9mm
18 6.0mm
18.5 6.1mm
19 6.2mm
19.5 6.3mm
20 6.4mm
20.5 6.5mm
21 6.6mm
21.5 6.7mm
22 6.8mm
22.5 6.9mm
23 7.0mm
23.5 7.1mm
24 7.2mm

And right now I am just between 5.9 and 6mm.

I don't have anything to add on your 12v problems, but I would love to see pictures and more specs for the truck in your sig. Sounds exactly like my dream tow rig.

Have you looked for boost leaks? You might have have a leak on the IC boots. 55 psi of boost does things that to the air system that you don't get on a stock rig. If your turbos are slow to spool, it could explain things. I would pressurize the system and use soap and water to check for leaks.

So Is 24* gonna be too much? I would like to get the timing set but need to be sure since its such a pain in the Butt on my truck.

I'd personally run 17.5-- I'm not that brave.

Well Im told that 17.5 or 18* is not enough for this setup. No one on here seems to be able to confirm it so Im about ready to put Smaller injectors in and say to heck with it.
