Ok help me figure out whats wrong.

I had II build my pump into a Dragon Fly, and built me dual feed Dragon Flow injectors, I also done a compound setup with my HTB2-62 (Wasted at 25psi) and an II S400. Timing is dead nuts on 18*. This thing smokes like a pig, No bottom end, High EGTs and only getting about 55psi boost. It pulled way harder before and would break the tires loose in second and wont do that anymore. WTH is wrong with this thing?

Timing seems a bit low and you should probably turn the wastegate up to around 30psi assuming you've taken care of the HG.

II set the timing at 18* and thats where they say its supposed to be, It has a 20 over Marine gasket and arp head studs. So you think the timing and wg should be higher?

55 psi was enough to blow my marine gsk at 4300 rpm but held fine at lower rpms so you should be able to raise the boost a bit but keep an eye on rpm

if you roll into the throttle instead of mashing it it helps too. you prolly have so much fuel runnin thru your turbos now they cant spool fast enough for your liking. and twins are going to hit as hard as a good single either. i would turn up the boost tho seems kinda low for those twins.

I would start with raising the boost pressure first and then move to the timing.

and if the timing is higher it moves the power curve up higher in the rpm's too. my brother's is set at 18 and he said he misses the low end that mine has. but you need the timing your rig sounds like its getting pretty high end you cant it expect it to do everything. and do you have more power on the top in once your turbo is spooled and the smoke clears a little?

Have you checked what DV's they put in there? I got a 175 turned into a Dragon Fly. I haven't confirmed it yet, but I have a sneaking suspicion that its just big DV's and a GSK. Mine is still sitting in the box that it came in, no idea how it compares to my 215's.

Ya they installed my PDR DVs and it acts alot like it did before I had them modify it. Before it would run like poo with the PDR DVs in there but I figured it was because not enough fuel pressure but I have a 150 Air Dog now and it still does the same thing.
