Oil Return blocked by Wastegate

Has anyone been able to use their adjustable wastegate on any S300 variant without heavily modifying the oil return tube? I cant get the tube in with the wastegate on but really dont want to run the turbo without a wastegate. Thanks.

They say your suposed to crush or bend the return tube to make it fit, which alot of people do. I just cut my stock oil tube an inch from the flange and got a 3/4 piece of steel braided hydraulic hose and some clamps and made a new return line.

Who's turbo are you using? When I put mine in, just had to clock the center section. Did an install on another member's 97, his was a stock S300 with an II exhaust housing (I think), same thing, clocked the center section, no bending or twisting to make it fit.

I had to dent it to get the intercooler connection on the comp housing. I think now that it is all buttoned up I should be able to slide the actuator in there from the side. Going to give it a try and if not then I will modify the tube further to make it all fit.
