Odd question - Reprogrammed...but what?

I have a 99 and a 2000 that were bought with boxes on them(Blue chip and VanAken, Edge). I took both trucks to Jim and had them "gone over". He removed all the aftermarket junk, installed 275s and reprogramed both.
I have better running, better pulling on interstate and WAY better milage than with the "boxes". He is the only one I trust to even look at my Cummins products. His reprograming is less money than the add-ons.
I am not even interested in looking at a common rail engine because of the GREAT support that I get on the 24 valve family.
Can you tell he has made a believer out of me?
