nozzles

has anyone bought nozzles and installed them themselves? how hard is it? is it just as reliable? need any special tools, harware?

yes its very easy, ive done 2 sets my self, fixing to do another. do a search, theres countless threads on jammer nozzles

I did this 4 days ago. Pretty easy, the above link is better than the instructions I had. The jammer III's are awsome. Although my clutch does not agree . Guess it never ends

Guys I think he is asking about nozzles not the complete injectors.

i know hes talking about just the nozzles


its really simple, just pull the valve cover, pull the injector line off and the tube out and remove the cover off of the injector and pop it out. just like in the above link.

then take the injector to the vise and take the cap off and change the nozzles and reinstall it like you uninstalled it and your done. peice of cake.

Don't you also have to send them off to get them pop tested too?

This is what I did 4 days ago. I guess I forgot to mention the part about taking them to get pop tested and balanced.

nah, i havent pop tested any of mine. and i dont plan on it. the trucks that ive done it on they idle just fine, dont miss or any of the other stuff that they say 'happens' if you dont

Check out the link I have listed above. It regards installing injector nozzles only not replacing the whole injector unit.
