Noise is driving me nuts....

Best way I can describe it is it sounds kinda like that metal on metal sound you hear when the front pad goes all the way down to the metal. Starts at ~10MPH and gets louder up to 30-35, then I can't hear it over the tire hum and turbo whine. Doesn't change pitch as the gears change, sounds exactly the same whether I'm in the throttle or coasting, doesn't go away if I step on the brakes. Center support bearing was cold when I stopped after a 100 mile drive this morning.

Pulled the wheels and calipers off last week and spun the rotors, wheel bearings are quiet.

I'm thinking maybe the t-case tailshaft snap ring? Any other ideas?

It could be your brakes. When mine were worn out, they did the same thing. That reminds me, I need to change mine. Thanks.

I dont think its common for those tailshaft rings to wear out or even become loose. But i would get it checked out anyhow. Also like tyler said check teh brakes....check your backing plate on your rotors maybe some how they could have been pushed over.
