Sounds like a weak VP44 or your wire tap is not making a good connection! I could roll a LOT of smoke with just the Juice w/a and BHAF... stock turbo and stock injectors! Now that I have larger injectors its even worse/better depending on how you look at it!

I thought that it could be a bad connection but on the higher levels especially 5 and 6 the EGTs go over 1350* about 2 seconds after I step on it. The low boost fooling is on most responsive (5).
JIT, you said you can really roll the smoke with bigger injectors, but you have the jammers. I think the machs are a better injector which may be why I don't get any smoke. Don't get me wrong I can pour some smoke from a dead stop but once I'm moving, it clears up.
The possibility of my pump going out is still a possibility I guess. Out of nowhere yesterday my FP alarm goes off cruising up a very slight grade at 62mph. Every time I tipped into the throttle a little it would suck down the FP but come right back after I got out of it. FP normally runs 9-12psi @ WOT and 15-18psi @ idle. Maybe a filter needs changed?

In the configuration you can set maximums as far as boost, egt, etc. One time my controller defaulted to a max of 0psi boost and the module would just not fuel. I thought that was wierd because normally you can't set the maximum boost below 20psi. You might make sure your maximums are not too low.

Good point... I forgot about this setting. I set mine to a max of 40psi and I have hit 38psi on the stock Turbo!

I'll have to look into that. Thanks
But now I am having a FP problem. Out of nowhere my FP falls off to 5 or below just going down the road and on any level other than 0 or 1 it sucks it down when I get into it, it wasn't doing this the other day. I did change the filter which was dirty but problem is persisting. This may be the big problem I am having with no excess fuel.
Any thoughts on what it might be? My power wire on the battery is loose due to the terminal being old and distorted. I'll try to get this changed tomorrow. I hope the walboro is not going out....

Sounds like a failing lift pump. A good way to test the wiring is to just run a new 12v wire to the lift pump and a good ground. If the pressure doesn't get any better than new wiring ain't gonna fix 'er.

It does sound like a fuel pressure issue. If I'm reading your signature right, you have the stock transfer pump. A quick check is to remove the transfer pump, remove the top cover off the pump and inside is a screen. It could be plugged. You can also examine the vanes in the pump. Don't want those pressures that low. Could spell trouble for the VP.

If you are concerned as to whether the pump is getting power and running or not, you can crank the engine with the key just enough to bump the engine but not start it, you should be able to hear the pump running.

I have a walbro pump kit from Glacier. I bled the air out upon installing the FP gauge and I can hear it running when I crank the motor.
The wiring I was refering to is the -2 wire running from the battery to the starter. This is where I have the pump relay tieing into. I can slide the terminal off the post without much effort. The bolt won't tighten anymore. I am going to try and test the FP with a mechanical gauge tomorrow and see if the readings are true.
