No More Low Fuel Psi Worries

So I have ordered a fass 150 and i finally get it today!!!!!!!! (should get it today) so..... what is the hardest part of installing one of these?

Changing the fittings on the top of the tank. Its doable, but space is tight.

well depends if u got the draw straw then thats the hardest part, droping the tank and installing that, if not then ya the fittings in the top of the tank will be.

When I saw the subject line, I thought - a P-pump conversion. But well, FASS is allright too. I wouldn't say "no more" worries, I would say "fewer" worries...

Yep. This conversation has gotten confused. P-pump would replace the vp44 which can/will crap out on you. Fass replaces the lift pump that also will crap out on you. I went with a F-1 cam and a cummins mechanical lift pump and I should be set for the life of this engine as far as fuel supply goes

Have you seen the new mechanical lift pump for 2nd and 3rd gens at GDP? I think I'm gonna ditch my Walbro...
