I'm not very familiar with the intracate details of the drivetrain but it sounds to me that the problem is inside the rear end. Does the truck have posi? If not then perhaps the axle on that side let go and it is easier to spin there than move the truck.

Yea I kind of wondered the same thing, must have been pretty hard to get the rear to come around like that so it'd slam into a curb at the same time.

Nice setup btw, that is what I've been looking for, they are quite few and far between.

Yea I've learned not to do to that stuff where curbs are. Last winter I was driving my talon which is AWD, I gave it a little extra juice taking off (around a turn, from stop) with expectations that all four would spin equally as they should. The rear were the only thing spinning with the front halfway doing it, I corrected and let off but when I let off the rear locked up from engine braking which stopped me from going to correctly down the road... good thing there was a driveway there. I think it needs a center differential, and maybe a new transfer case to. Later that year the car put me in a ditch with that same friggin rear end locking up (going around an S curve, the front stayed on the road but the rear went into the ditch taking the front with it) on engine braking, sigh, I could have just drove out of the ditch if it weren't for the angle but I didn't want to risk sliding down into it and mess some panels up. What did I learn? Stop messing around so much and I guess I have to either not let off the throttle or press the clutch in before it locks up the rear again.
