Does this statment sound odd to anyone else? Truck looks good. I'm putting some 315 Maxxis Buck Shots on this Sat. Had to barrow a 315 (from the F-in-L) due to the fact that I destroyed one tire with a screw and another with a rock.

I did my 97 in june of 2004 with rock guard. No problems yet and still looks good. The rock guard i used was by 3M and came in a spray can and clear. I had to take the clear coat off spray the rock guard then paint it and clear coat it.

Yeah, the rust is nasty up here.. Buddy has a 99 Chevy that is rusting on the inside of the door already. He isn't happy, especially since I'm the one that pointed it out

So I had no cruise the whole way home.. Kept me and my driving partner awake though.
I did find out when doing a service 2 weeks after I got home that ONE loose bolt was holding on the drivers side HUB on.. The other 3 bolts were MIA..
Makes me wonder how I made it back in one piece after having the cruise at 80MPH much of the way home..

Glad you made it back safe...
I think we need to have a poll on how many people have that same rear bumper.... that is the same one I have and I have seen at least a couple other pictures of the same one... Someone in Texas must have been having a sale on those

Nice truck. I like the black on black on black... I want some steps like that because I eventually want to get rid of the chrome nerf bars that I have... How well do they work out for you?

I am 6'5 so the step bars don't get much use on my side, but my gf is vertically challenged and I'd never hear the end of it if I took them off

They work good though
