Hi everyone been lurking around the board for awhile tons of info my question is
I live in cali and I guess on my 96 ctd it has an egr valve where would this be at on the engine
and I see when looking at the fuel plates they say not for cali trucks is this becuse it will creat a problem and harm the truck or is it just becuses the eco ***** say you can not do that

First off, welcome to DTR, your new home.
Not sure about the EGR valve as mine was a 49 state 24v... But the only way the fuel plate will hurt your truck is to high EGTs, and to much power through your clutch/auto tranny...
