Looks like from the web site it is only 1 7/8" differance in height. It should be here on Tuesday. At that point I need to find the time to do the install. I noticed on the web site they claim an increase in HP. Anyone notice this after the install. I bought it mainly for the reliablity and future mods.

This is the FASS 95 Series. Its about 25% smaller than the 150 series.
All in all its exactally the same as the 150 just smaller. BUT due to the size of it...the filter are made just for us. SO you might want to talk to your dealer and get an extra fuel filter to keep in the truck. FF-2010 MSRP - $23.95. The water sep you can just clean out with Gas. The filters should go about 30,000+ before a change is needed though....just keep an eye on the Fuel pressure gauge.

Well there was a little oops when I got my package today. I ended up with the 150/95 today. No big deal. The seller and I squared up and I will be installing soon. The install looks pretty easy.

Diesel_Dan,
Reading the instructions about priming. Should I leave the fitting at the VP44 a little loose when priming to make sure there is as little air possible?

I personaly never have. I just crack the fuel filter (NOT THE WS!!!) and bump the engine. Let the pump run for the full 20....but get ready to tighten the filter! Usally it will catch right at the end of the pump running. Once you hear the motor pitch change, tighten it up! I bump the engine for the extended pump run about 5-6 more times (Or more if you wish). This will push any through the VP back to the tank. Then start the truck.....and should be good.
