I sure hope Quad gets this thing figured out, the Adrenaline is awesome other than the fact that I can't launch with it. It sucks having to keep the redline just for sled pulling, it isn't worth **** on the street. With me restoring my truck, sure would be nice to have that grand to get some new wheels & stuff. I'm not complaining though, I'm on the short list of guys seeing over 4k rpm power.

I dont need the 4k by any means. Mines just a slow track toy. I would like to do it just to justify spending the $$ I did on valve springs.

Same for me! Only hits 3780 then starts defueling and breaking up. I put in valve spring and head studs to push 4k and cant get the Adrenaline to do what I thought it could.

I wish we could get a good 4k tune out of this box!

I wish Quad was closer to me, I would love to give him my truck for testing. If it would help, I'd send him my vp44, ecm, Pcm, Smarty, Redline, Adrenaline, ignition switch & spare set of keys if it would help us vp guys out.

Got mine back today from Quad. Got the Firmware update. Guess I'll see how much surge it took care of.

I recently got mine back from the firmware update and its the smoothest its been for me. Feels like it lost a little bit of power on the top though.

I tried the ADRCOMP2_4K tune out today, and before i could even get the truck warmed up to give it a good test it died and wouldn't start back up with out unplugging the box from the harness and plugging it back in. Thats also what it took to clear the lights on the dash and pulse.

Well I got mine installed and it still surges. Raised Pump Mins to 60 and its alot smoother but doesnt have the low end. Guess I'll have to try the Comp2 Tune and she if that helps.

Might be time for a Drag Comp. I love the Pulse but............

i want to try the ADRDYNO2_4K tune but then again i dont. at first i had problems with the pulse but after i updated it to a different tune with the egt limiter and such i didnt have no more problems out of it. so far after my truck quit dying i hadnt had a lick of trouble out of the adrenaline.
