With the housing off, you can put it in a drill press and drill through the existing wastegate hole and through the center divider. Now, when the gate opens, all 6 cylinders 'see' the gate, allowing more exhaust flow without increased boost. Some have taken this a step further and milled the center divider out almost completely.
I'm gonna give this a shot tomorrow. With your current setup, a massaged 12cm housing with an upgraded compressor side would make for a fun truck, for sure!

As for the compressor side, talk to Paul at HTT (or other vendors, if you like). For a couple hundred bucks you can upgrade to a larger pinwheel and housing. There are no free modifications to be done on the compressor side. Tolerances are too tight to 'eyeball' anything.

PS this hose can replace your upper intercooler boots too. Burst pressure for 3" I think was about 275 psi.

2) hose maybe $6 - $10 bucks a foot for either hose
3) battery boxes can really vary in price. Avg. up here for a plain ol' box group 27 box is about $12 - $20, ofcourse everything up here usually costs close to double of what it costs down below.
