to much pressure...
does anyone know where i can find a spacer for an s300 wastgare cover? is there any internal mods i can do to get it to flow a little better.
i adjusted it down to 30psi with shop air, but it will not even try to slow down at all. just goes straight 50psi then i have to back off. the WG lever only moves about 1/4 inch or so. will i even beable to mod this WG to work with my fuel and air, or do i need an external gate? or does it sound like i have a nother problem? This is on my 98.

That twin combination should be good for 65-70 psi. Is your head gasket prepped for that kind of boost and HP?
If not, you better slide the plate back or go down to stock injectors till it is. Or just run it till it breaks and then shell out the money to fix whether you have it saved up or not.

the head, gasket, & bolts are stock. and spools great! i know this set up is good for more pressure but im tryen to set it up so i dont have to upgrade those parts. (yet)... if i could get the waste gate to work correctly, i would be verry happy. but right know i am slower then the single because i cant use more than about 1/4 throttle without over boosting
