I'm with you HOHN, I also wouldn't hesitate to try and tow a fairly light load with these sticks and a stock charger. I'll admit it though, I'm kinda scared about getting a bigger turbo cause I love the instant response it has right now.

I don't know, but I'm guessing it's over 50, probably closer to 65-70. You can tell when the DP/bp ratio goes unfavorable at about 32psi-- the EGTs will take off past that point and the turbo really starts to growl.
I have way too few gauges on my truck to do what I'd like to as far as research goes.
I've thought about using my stock charger as a secondary, but I'm becoming convinced that it's just too small to be remotely efficient for what I want.
I'm thinking I'll need something more like a SB66 or HTT66 class turbo to really allow the primary to flow as it wants to. Of course, then you get lotsa lag and negate one of the main benefits of twins.
I'm giving serious thought to a HTT 62/71/ss16 on top because the large housing and huge internal gate. I think I could run twins through this without a huge external gate and still have reasonable spool, even with the 16 housing. More importantly, more flow would go though the top turbine and you'd increase efficiency.
I'm going to end up dropping some coin on data loggers and such for my truck next year. I'm loking at the EGT and IAT monitoring from PLX devices-- they will also data log.

I ran a 64/71/16ss on top for a while. The 16cm housing was a bit slower to get going than the 13ss, but did not have the egt issues that i had with the 13. With the 62mm wheel i bet it would work very well. I made 507hp with Mach 1.2s and 590hp with Mach 4's before my pump was tweaked. I made 570 with the Mach 1.2s after the pump work. I'm running a set of M4's now and hope to dyno soon to see where they are. They made almost exactly 1 gear difference with tire spin. They 1.2's spin the rears in 4th about the same way the 4's spin the rears in 5th. Don't know what that equals hp wise, but there is a definite difference.
