When I lived in Washington state, I saw Steve Covalt (HeberRam) turn 625hp with an HX40 on a dynojet at the 2002 Diesel Thunder at Shelley's Automotive in Spokane, WA. He was running a DD Hot Rod VP44, undisclosed injectors, and NOS. He placed 3rd in the unlimited class, behind Jim Fuller and Christian Roth. I don't have a clue what the boost psi, backpressure psi, or EGT's were. My PDR40 is gated at 38psi, but it doesn't go over 24psi unless I turn the PM3 on.
