every holset actuator I've seen has been adjustable... to be safe, go with the 35psi actuator, and you can use a boost elbow to turn it up from there if you want...
Gary,
yes, my truck gets hot... 1600* by about 95-100mph coming from 60-70mph at WOT

Well, I screwed the afc down last night and used the valet switch grossing about 22000 lbs. this morning. It worked real good, the only time the pyro got above 1200 is when locked in overdrive and the rpm's get below about 1700 rpm's. This 40 sure doesn't spool as quick as the hybrid I had on. That's the only thing I got against it. Man, the hybrid screams up when you hit the throttle. I sure would like to have a turbo that spools as quick as the hybrid and keeps the temps cool too.
With the valet switch off it hits over 1600 degrees before the top of first gear. It kinda stays there too. Can't you run that temp for like 30 seconds before you hurt something.
215 pumps are kind of hard to come by, ya just got to be ready to pull the trigger when you find one. I do have an extra laying in the shop but it's for the next project, hopefully a two wheel drive auto truck with a short bed.
