I use the Optima Red Top, and do not even bother with installing the second one. Just run one Optima battery and have for years.

Hey guys,
I know this is a pretty old thread but just wanted to say thanks! Put a couple red tops in and the ol' girls spins over like it's 80 out... (It's not that cold yet but we were in the twenties yesterday)

Well I was going to go with two 1700s from Odyssey, but I just can't Justify the price, I am just going to go with two Interstate Workaholic Group 31s as they are around $200 for both and the Odysseys around here were 300 for one. Mabye next set I will get them, depends on how long these Workaholics last. Thanks.
