Try to knock it cockeyed then grab it with Vise-Grips put your back into it. Chris you will just have to wait till I head that way this weekend J/K.

Nope...block is still in the truck. Head is still on the bench!

GOT IT!!!

3 broken punches, 2 screwdrivers, 1 prybar, 1 hammer, 3 bloody knuckles, a cut hand, and a bump on the head from a my hand slipping and me hitting my head on the cowl...it's out!

Next problem, getting the blockoff plate on it!

Can that be put on with the head on but the trans out? I think I saw that plug pretty clearly the half dozen or so times I had the trans out this summer.
