Try to knock it cockeyed then grab it with Vise-Grips put your back into it. Chris you will just have to wait till I head that way this weekend J/K.

GOT IT!!!
3 broken punches, 2 screwdrivers, 1 prybar, 1 hammer, 3 bloody knuckles, a cut hand, and a bump on the head from a my hand slipping and me hitting my head on the cowl...it's out!
Next problem, getting the blockoff plate on it!
