I would be a little nervous about doing it myself, but I would like to try. I would need some experienced help no doubt. But it would be nice to save the $$$$. I would just us a SO pump, and I plan on changing the EZ to a Drag comp here pretty quick, see if I can squeeze a little more mileage out of it on the lower settings and a little more top end when I need it.

Ive done a little pump replacement research, some people on here did it themselves but them seem to be way more mechanicaly inclined than me.

Do you know anything about Permian Performance that CalebC mentioned?

No, I'm back home for the summer. I wish I was there to give you a hand, I have never tackled a IP, but I bet it wouldn't be too bad with some time to work on it.
