MBRP Exhaust Q's
I've been looking at the dual 4" pipes from MBRP for my '99 dodge 2500. I've been looking for a nice set of duals for a nice sound. It turns out that they won't fit since i don't have a 4x4. So my qustion is: will the new 5" single pipe from MBRP give me a similar sound to the duals; are there any other companies that make a nice set of dual pipes for a '99 2500 w/o 4x4?

I have the MBRP 5" system. For one, I can't really tell any difference in sound with a 4" system that has dual outs or a single.
Second, the 5" system sounds much better, since it's a bigger and deeper tone.

RustyBoltz,
RJF is right the sound is basically the same you just can't hear it as well as a driver as there isn't a drivers side exit etc. You can MAKE the duals fit a 2WD, but you are on your own as far as install problems as clearances are very very tight. It's been done, but be prepared for a lot of extra work and an occassional clunk too!
