I have heard the head gaskets start to fail around 45psi but with o-ringing and studing the head I have heard of over 75 with the stock bottom end holding up ok.

I heard that the Cummins engine can withstand 60psi...? Friend told me, so I dont know how reliable that is...???

I lost a factory gasket at high temps when the truck was cold at 45. I run 60 plus daily! Orings will handle 80lbs and firerings 120 plus if i remember
