Made 480hp, Need a few more!!

Re:Made 480hp, Need a few more!!
One would have to wonder if a box that was clean of the VIN could undo the programming of a truck that already had anothe box program it......... I suppose if you were dead set on doing multipul trucks there are "tools" out there that go in and can change all the stuff on the computer. I wouldnt recommend getting caught. but they do change VIN, Mileage, All that sort of stuff. The reason about wondering if a unused box could unprogram a programed truck is this. All that vin and what not is stored into a temp like file. Inside of the programmer you would find a watch like battery that if removed would actually clear all of that from the lil memory card they have in there. kind of like some Alarm clocks today, when the power goes out it has a lil battery to remember the time and everything( this is diffrent from the ones that use AA's and even display the time, these just remember it) maybe an idea,

The water methanot can be worth 100hpor more depending on the mix and rate of injection and how much you like headgaskets.
the drag comp is definitely worth 20+hp. you could disable your wasteate but overspeeding a 40 isn't advisable.
You could put on twins.. they'd be worth 40-60hp over a 40 even if you used a HY30-9 on top.
Twins aren't the most cost effective way to gain 50peak hp but are worth a 4-600* degree drop in egts and more everyday usable HP.
I'd be tempted to do the tuner and the drag comp. There's more to be had but I wouldn't consider water/meth or twins 'tuning'.

Water/meth injection done on a 98 12valve ctd w/twins netted 107 hp at the wheel. Tried and tested several times.
There was one other thread that he posted that gave him 120hp. Drop in EGT's 150 - 200* and only gained 4psi boost.

Thanks guys...thanks more to Piers, numbers were 517 valet, 624 valet+water/meth, 674 Full Power fuel only and 706 with Water/Meth, as you can tell it's out of air on the top as the water/meth only made 32 hp...guess I'm the only truck now at 700+with a stock turbo on top. Just incase anyone is wondering those numbers were in DIRECT with the converter locked.
