ok now my question, where do i get F1 injectors? looked on the site none said they were for so cal and none of the shops in town have even heard of F1 injectors...... how thats posible i dont know but they havent so i need to order and couldnt figer out where from by there site.

If you go to Formula 1's website and look under "Distributors", you'll find a whole list of people that handle them and can look for someone close to your area. There aren't dealers all over the place. They are very exclusive and only the distributors listed on their site will sell them. Hope this helps.

Even better to look for a distributor out of state so no sales tax on a $700 purchase.

wow, I really like all the answers and it leads to the 1.6s for towing but I'm trying to justify that price tag in my head. Any help would be appreciated.

EDM machined custom nozzles vs reworked Bosch injectors tips from some others ... resulting in longer life, true HP rating, less smoke and lower EGT's!
AT 17,000+ psi fuel pressure on 2nd Gen CTD's, injectors are precision instruments. Not the item on which to cut corners if you plan on keeping your truck a while

I got mine from Bob Wagner .im very happy with the HP + mpgs at $4.50 a gal. MPGs are high on the list

It's justified in the same manner as the rest of your modifications, plus adding money back into your project truck.
