Mach 5-6 Injectors with HO Pump?
#16
I already have a maxed out 24v head and almost race cam. The engine that I plan to build for next year will be an all out drag motor built for running drugs. The crank was just an idea that I was thinking about. I'm not sure what my next move is. PDR had a 24v engine in their shop that ran 10.20's on drugs. It still had the VP pump on it so it can be done. It would be fun just to build an engine to see how far you can push the power up on, 10.20's is pretty fast for a 7000lb truck.

Don's Mach 2 is a 100hp increase. The RV275 is about a 40hp increase made by Bosch. Different leagues of injectors.
A hot rod VP44 is simply an effort to improve the fuel delivery of the VP44 by combining the best parts of the Standard Output and High Output pumps. The HO pumps have a little faster, more aggressive delivery-- the SO pumps have more volume. The hotrod is a hybrid of sorts, in an effort to make more HP.
