my chip is grounded with my grid heaters so i would sure think thats ok. The higher the gear im in the worse it seems. and also the longer my truck has been runing the worse and now it seems worse then the first time i ran it with these sticks. at first it seemed to just shudder around 2,200 rpm and then clean up now it startes around 1,700 to 2,000 rpm but it also needs at least 25 psi of boost before it shudders if i keep it less than 25 psi then it run fine.

i will try wiring the waste gate shut today and see what happens.

Any chance this is timing stutter?

IIRC GetBlown5.9 had similiar issues. He eventually bombed his IAT to solve the problem.

I had a similiar experience once when I was running Fuel Saver and I got on it hard.

Well i think i got the problem figured out. It came to me in my sleep last night or somthing . Since i have this compulsive need to play with all the settings on any electronic device i get my hands on i set the max boost to 35 psi when i first got my chip. With just my chip i hit a max of 32 with a boost elbow. so all was fine and well with these injectors i can hit 37 to 38 psi so my chip was trying to maintain the 35 psi i had it set to. Well when my chip was backing off then the wastgate came shut so then the chip would turn back on once it read a lower boost level and this kept repeating rather rapidly and kept my wastegate fluttering like that and kept turing my chip on and off which ment my truck ran like crap.

at least that is the best explanation i can come up with. Now that i have my max boost set to 40 psi the shudder is all most comletly gone. there is a little bit there but i think it might just be my rear tires strugling to find traction and then my clutch sliping ever so slightly as they hook up again over the slight bumps and tar filled cracks in the road surface. and thats in 5th gear with my chip set to 2x3, with it set to kill its hard to tell because about half a second after my turbo fully spools my egts hit 1400 to 1500 deg. so i have to shut her down.

These injectors are awesome now i just need to pick out my turbo.

thanks for all the great replies im sure you will be hearing from me again
