Mach 1.6 temps?
Hey guys. Whos running 1.6's and how are your EGT's?
Im wanting some good sticks next and wondering if Ill have to upgrade turbo's yet again to accomedate for EGT's.
How close are your EGT's with the 1.6's to when you had stock sticks?
My EGT's are in check everywhere so far.. 1500* max at the track.. I just dont wanna get any hotter and wonderin if the 1.6's will keep me good in that area. TIA.

I have the little more air from my Hybrid, But the juice I think uses that so it almost be the same as 1.6's with a stock turbo. What you think?

Agree! Your 35/40 can handle the Mach 1.6's.
Especially if you're running higher mileage factory injectors. With higher quality tips... better atomization... better spray pattern etc., your egt's could very well stay the same, or even go down??

Problem is that A certan someone has been makin me want to go bigger (150 hp sticks with 62/71/14 MAYBE) the last couple days .
Heck yea twins would be sick. Everyones dream pretty much haha. Just tell her your getting worried about wear and tear from high EGT's and twins is the answere hahaha.
I dont tow super heavy.. Constant stop and go around town, with 5-10 k trailer depending on the day.

Who's 150 sticks you thinking about? If you do go with the bigger sticks mach 4's, the S364 works pretty decent. If you tow, you will need twins. The 1.6's is border line if you tow. I run set of dynomite 110's, so far I think that they are the best low smoke and decent power sticks going. I've tried a few sticks. A set of twins and the right mixer combo, you would be very to 450-475rwhp with 1.6's. 150 sticks are toasty and smokey with a small single.

if I ever did 150's itd be Mach 4's with a 62/71 or my hybrid over a s400 or HT3B.
Gonna go with 1.6's for now and see how they work out.
Thanks for the info guys.
