Luks Pro Gold going south.
Well at 12K my Luks clutch started slipping. So now my question is do I go with a dual disk or single? I will be pulling my truck in the summer 15 to 20 pulls a year. I also plan on putting in stage 5's and a drag comp along with a bigger turbo of course. This truck is my daily driver for now, so what do you guys think.

Ditto, I am also a previous Luk Pro Gold guy who learned the hard way. Get a Southbend DD & you won't look back. The new sprung hub is awesome & clutch feels like stock after it got broke in. You will need the hydraulics also, but it is worth every penny. I got my SB DD3250 & hydraulics from Doug at ADT 304-864-3399. Give him a call, he will usually beat competitors prices & won't sell you something that won't work for you.

I pulled with a single disc a few times. 1st time was with my stocker because I had a new Luk sitting home in the garage. I drove my truck home everytime.

Well I'm thinking Haisley, South Bend or Valair. I dont understand why these dodge clutches dont last, I had a 1990 F-250 diesel with a 5spd and I bet I put 40 pulls on the stock 1/2 wore out clutch. And that had an aftermarket Hypermax turbo on it.

Here's a link:

I'd check ebay too, Valair sells stuff a little cheaper on ebay.
