lower hp and water/meth
I just cant decide if i should get a snow performace water/meth kit or save some money and get a turbo and injectors first. I want to do the water injection sooner or later Im just wondering if it will work well with just my comp box, until I get the money around for injectors and a new turbo. Thanks

We've dyno'd a 2000 with an auto and hybrid turbo, injectors, ez stacked with some brand of fueling box and the water meth gave him 30 HP. He went from like 350 to 380. If it were me you would see much better all around performance out of a turbo and injectors than doing the water/meth.

Did it help exhaust temps. I would like to be able to tow with my box on one of the higher settings. Also did they use the variable controler or the hobbs switch. Is there more than one setting on the hobbs, or is it all or nothing at a set boost level.

Bponci, what kind of gains do you think I would get. Will it alow me to tow with the box up, which system to get (size of injectors, and pump size). Thanks.

I'll give you an idea what B Ponci is talking about, my best full fuel gain is 67hp with Twins, my best gain in valet with Twins is 124hp....lots of air and little fuel will always gain more!

Wow, a little water/meth added more than a comp, I shouldnt see gains like that though, what Ive been told is that I should gain closer to 70 hp.

70 is about right, if someone isn't getting at least 50+ then there is a problem, remember I have and had Twins, that's were the difference is. I have a stock turbo'd 97' 5 Speed in town that gains 64 HP........432 to 496!
