Lowend stutter after DDP 1 install
Put my DDP 1's and #6 plate on my 95 Friday night, adjusted the starwheel about halfway forward, and it now has a stutter around 1000-1300 rpm. Only on light throttle take offs, if I floor it, it doesn't do it. What should I look into? There are no leaks, and the truck runs fine outside of that. Enough to slip the torque converter in OD

sounds like you need delivery valves. some 181's or whatever size dvs you want would clean that stutter up. you have 131's one reason i bought a my 97 12v it already has 181's in it and it has 180hp injectors. more power to start out never a bad thing. and when i upgrade injectors i won't need delivery valves.

Clayten, are you referring to my statement about the torque converter slipping by saying slide the plate back?
DDP 1's are only 50 HP injectors, I've seen them compared to a Bosch 300hp injector. Also, after many searches and reading up, it seems that the little 131's do a good job up to about a 370hp injector, which is comparable to a DDP 3.
My truck runs excellent other than the lowend stutter. And the stutter only happens on light throttle takeoffs. Are there any other pump adjustments that I should look into?
