louder exhaust

I am currently running a rip rook 5" shorty exhaust with muffler delete pipe, hx 40 dp,and a 7"x24" tip. It is starting to sound a little quiet to me, is there anything out there or any way to make it louder?

Do you have a cat on it? Get a hood stack that'll be loud.

Yeah, what mopar said, cut a hole it the hood and put an elbow with about a foot to three foot stack out. Could always run it into the truck....

i got a 4 inch straight that comes out before the rear tire and its waaaaaaaay louder than anyone wants it to be. the bigger the exhaust the quieter is what it seems to be.

if you are good at fabbing stuff up you could take some sheet metal and shape it into a big bass air horn and put it on the end of the 7" tip and your 5.9 will be the air compresser

Not sure how to make the exhaust louder, but just curious: How the heck did you end up in Indiana PA? Do you go to IUP?

I went from a 4 inch turbo back straight setup to a 5 inch turbo back straight setup and she got significantly quieter, definitely deeper but much quieter. Must be a volume vs. velocity thing...

i cut off the cat. and stock muff. ran 4" from turbo stright back. i put a 4" in and 4" out cherry bomb muffler on and a 6" stainless tip out the back pass side. sounds good. the rolled end on the tip makes a difference in the sound also
