Well there ya go I dont know the sizes as my allen wrenchs are the old pocket knife style that I got from my grandpa an there all wore off.

Im a little lost on what you guys are doing... in my truck i have a little bit of play in the steering and if im at a stand still and start to turn it feels like it's not fallowing. is what you guys are doing going to help this? thanks

Kenny you familar with the steering gear right? Well if you look at the top of the box there is a 5/8s nut and a allen screw put the allen wrench in the top of the stud n loosen the jam nut and then turn the allen 1/4'' or a little bit at a time driving in between to find the right spot. make sure you wheels are strait before you do this i dont know if you have to but i just did treating it as a allingment. If you have any doubts pm and I will get some photos of the nut and the deal tomarow after work

Blue, I have had good luck with these guys http://benchworksteering.com/ for my steering box. It has been thoroughly abused and still works great. Oh yeah and I think they are a lot cheaper tha psc.

There is a TSB on dodgram.org about adjusting the steering box, you have to do the worm shaft pre-load first, then do the over center adjustment (the allen screw and jam nut). Blue- if the over center adj is too tight , it will not return to center correctly...
