Loose Steering
So today finally had some room in the shop to nudge the truck in there and commenced to adjusting the new steering gear box since i had put the new one on it was really crappy steering all loose n mushy but better than before and being a new box i figured i should not have to adjust it. Now it steers like a vette again So for any one with steering wheel play start there first and go to the majors once you started here.
P.S. Check your oil pan bolts as i found mine were loose at the back of the pan while i was under the truck

My box you could grab the wheel n go to the left a bit and bit to the right it would not follow so i knew it was too loose after i fixed it i about ran it to the shop wall i forgot what tight steering felt like LOL

The kicker for me was when I relocated my breather i just made a longer hose and tied it off on the fan shroud so it dumpes beside the steering gear so i got all this road dust n oil mix in my eyes
