Looking for specifc truck pics.

Hey guys,

I am serousily looking at a 2nd gen truck. So i know all of the pros and cons of 12v or 24v. But what I am looking for some pics of is a 2wd x-cab swb on 20's or 22's with or without stacks. and not a gasser

Not to specific huh?

TIA

Thanks, that gives me an idea. But I am worried it might look wierd with the x-cab and stacks. But that is my idea for the truck if/when I get one.

god i wish i could find the guy who had the 2wd x-cab with the stacks and wicked paint job, tribal red and black down the side. i think he was only on 18's tho...looked good tho

EDIT: found it its rharveyser here...stock wheels tho not 20's, i've seen this same paint job on one of the big name pro mod sled puller trucks (jeremy strahley) as well or something VERY similar, is this the same guy with both trucks?

Thanks, That is closer to what I am looking for. I am wanting to go debadged with blacked out windows and the only chrome being the stacks and the wheels. Kinda of a sleeper look but with some chrome.

It looks awesome in my mind.....

Sounds like a black sport would be a good base for that truck.

I hope you're not planning on slamming it. Slammed on 22" chrome rims and stacks on a diesel truck... can't picture it.

Leveled some how, but nowhere near being slammed.

Friend's truck . . . he kind of inspired me to get one . . .

It's a 4wd, on 19.5", it's got a stack . . . But you can get the idea.
I think it looks awesome in person . . .

Take care,
Phill

Thanks Phil, that truck looks sharp. But it is 4wd and I know they look awesome like that. Maybe this is where my idea comes from as I don't think I have seen a 2wd second gen diesel like my vision. But I am sure it exsists

If you are getting a short bed, then you will have to either get really lucky and find a 98 12 valve, or get a 24 valve.

I never thought about it because I was looking for a long bed myself, but did they not make short beds in the 94-97 12v models?
