Looking for some input

Hi guys. So I'm most likely going to be picking up another cummins truck to add to my collection and here is what is currently done to it.
Valair 600hp single disc towing clutch
Valair flywheel
Arp flywheel bolts
Valair clutch hydros
Custom built 60mm hx40 with 5 blade billet compressor
5" mbrp exhaust
7x10 150hp injectors
Fass 150adj lift pump
.093 crossover tubes
Sump and full 1/2" lines
Intake elbow
Edge juice with attitude(tuning and monitor)

With the purpose of heavy towing in mind; my questions are:
How bad will this smoke off the line before spooling up? I do a lot of urban towing so stop and go is the name of the game and I don't want to smoke anyone out.
I want to stud, o-ring, and do compounds, which set up would be best for a egt control for towing?
What power level do you think this is at now?
How hot would this currently get towing? Assuming max settings on tuners.
What would be the next mods needed/recommended? Other than my planned compounds with head work.

Any input from guys more experienced with this or a similar set up would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well I answered my own questions after driving this for a while. How bad does it smoke off the line. Bad!! But relatively manageable if you keep rpm above 2K and ease off the line til you get there. Which would be the best setup for egt control? Compounds. Which I ordered and are coming this week sometime hopefully. How hot will this set up get while towing assuming max settings on tuners? I have no idea, thermonuclear probably. Because level one hits 1200 easily. But twins should cure that. All in all I now see why big singles are not good for towing. Not a set up I would have spec'd at all.
