My truck has a 2.5 inch lift with 285 good riches, mind you its a 12V, much shorter than most 24V's and sits at minimum at the same height as a 24V. From this pic i know i could easily fit 305's as this picture would show...
https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...cat/500/page/1
But i would suggest at least another half inch, i have had 305s on there and the clearance is DANG CLOSE...
here it is again from a slightly farther stance..

Found a couple places that would fab one up,
but for quite a bit more $$ than the 10inch drop I picked up for $30.
Spoken of in the Other section.

I have a 4" lift on my 99 with 36" PJ's. I would NEVER lift the truck again. I say MAX33" tires next time. The bearings ujp front can't handle the added weight. Then you have a ball jointed 60 (POS). I say keep it stock.

What would tire size have to do with wheel bearings? Not much lol. I would say the normal backspacing of around 4.5" on most 10" wide wheels would have a lot more to do with bearing wear than tire or wheel diameter. I sold my 10" wheels and got the 9.5" Welds with 6.25" backspacing which is pretty close to stock. They tuck in better and IMHO look a lot better than my 10" wheels did. Truck seems to drive a little tighter with them as well. I ran Nittos on my 10" wheels and they are nice. They did wear pretty quick. They were getting pretty thin by 12k miles. We'll see how the Toyos do this time.

Then again, I got 180K out of a stock trans before I burnt the lock up clutch off, running about 300HP and turning those 36-37" tires.
Guess them Mexicans know how to build trucks...
