won't blocking my waste gate create too much boost?
You're running a #10 plate and getting 960 tq?
Do you have any EGT issues?
Do you have to drive by gauges?

you don't have enough fuel to over boost your motor. i was running a #10 for those dyno #s, i have a #100 now, #10 on the bottom #0 on the top. and i can get hot egt wise, i have a 14cm wastegate housing and push right at 43#s boost. and i have always drove by the gauges towing, drag racing or truck pulling i just ignor it.
