Input would be great, thanks
The 66 was defiantly slow to spool to 10 PSI, but after that it lit like a rocket at least with my setup. From what I tested the PS64 was a good balance of performance/manners. I also found that with the catcher if you just stomped on the throttle it was almost to much fuel, it does better to roil into it. Remember also that I have a 91% converter with a low stall

Well i have narrowed my choice down between either a 64mm or a 66mm turbo, I think i will go with a HTT because i can get them at a great price which will leave me money left over. I want to go with the sledpuller 66, but i dont want to be waiting for it to spool. If it spools close to the way the super 40 spools, i will be happy. What kind of roll does the TC stall percent have in spool up? I have a 89H DTT custom storm stator TC. I am a little bit confused about this, Thanks

From a stop a "tighter" converter doesn't allow as much engine RPM on initial acceleration, which can hurt spool up on larger turbos--I think

Thanks for the reply, that was just the info that i was looking for. It makes sense because as soon as shift out of park, the truck is on the move and i better have my foot on the break. With that being the case maybe i should go with the 64mm turbo, probably the HTB2, kill b-2. What stall % do you have in your truck?

I have the HTT 64/12. With what I have in my sig. my EGTs top out about 1550 in 90* heat thru the 1/4. Spool up is decent enough to drive on the street. It's not a quick spool turbo, but it doesn't lag hard either. Once the boost hits 8-10 psi it's gone. I peak at around 40 and will settle in at around 37 psi. The turbo will bark if you get out of the fuel quick, but that varies depending on what the TST is set at.

The only thing I didn't like was that HTT didn't warn me of the oil drain interference with the actuator rod on the wastegate. It's an easy work around.
