Limited slip rears-stacking clutches
I have an 02 dodge that I blew the spider gears in last summer, so I rebuilt the factory LSD with a few extra clutches to make it more of a posi, and now its starting to make alot of grinding when going around corners.
You think I can just change fluid and put some new friction modifier in, or do I need to rebuild it again because the clutches are seeing so much extra force being stacked the way they are.
Also someone said I might even have a cracked spider gear already that hasn't completely broken apart.

I did the same thing and mine groans and makes popping noises too, but it still works like a champ!
if it ever stops working I will probably just weld it or get a detroit

Try more FM. If it's that tight, a little more probably won't make it slip.
Mine slips like nuts with no FM at all because it's loose enough to not grip, and tight enough to groan-- perfect!
