5" superlift

I put on a 5" superlift for a friend and it turned out real nice. he runs 37's on it now and they fit fine. The lift was a little spendy though. it took us about a day and a half and at least a case of keystone to complete it. Leveling kits are easy and nice if you only want to run 35's, but no bigger.

lift

i got a 97 ram 2500, i was thinking about putting a 3 " body lift and a 2" or 3" suspension lift on it. its stock but already has blocks in the rear. whats a good company for a body lift, and suspension lift? i was thinking of running either 35 or 36 super swamper TSL or TSL/SX. im gunna mostly be using my truck to drive to school and back and on the weekend do a lil muddin or a pull every once in a while. which one would be better to run?

I don't think there is any company that makes a body lift for a CTD. The BL's for gassers can be used but you will have to modify some of the brackets for the intercooler / rad etc. If you search there are a couple of write ups / discussions.

I prefer new coils instead of spacers for the front.

A 3" suspension lift should clear 35" tires. Many run them with just a 2" front leveling kit. 36" would probally be trickier, due to the fact that they would problly be wider.

With just skyjacked d25 front coils u can clear 35s on a 8 inch rim.

My buddy runs Super Swamper SSR 33x14.50/16.5 on 16.5x12 inch rims on his dodge with no more than levelin blocks in the front but they rub.

I'm running a skyjacker 4.5" lift kit and I'm happy with it. It lifted the truck pretty good and I clear 35's on 16x10" rims with 4.5" back spacing with no rubbing under any conditions. If you go skyjacker then I strongly recommend getting an aftermarket track bar because their drop down bracket just flat out sucks.
