I have everything ready to go, How much do they slow the truck down?

I also just finished putting H2 wheels and 315s on my 04.5 with less than 300 miles on the clock!
I did the mod myself, had the tires removed and put the rims on my vertical mill, used a flycutter to enlarge to the stock Dodge wheel opening. Took me less that an hour to do the mod and another short bit to mod the stock Dodge center caps. No leveling kit and they do not rub even over bumps at full turn. With over 1000 miles on her now, towed a bit over 7K lbs at 8000 - 9000 ft el all with 3.73 gears and a 6speed, no issues at all.

I left out a couple of things,

Any advice on what brand of fender flare that looks good and is well made? Something with about a 1" to 1.5" coverage.

Does anyone make a pre-bent 4" pipe to replace the stock muff on a 2004.5?

How much should I try to get for the 5 take-off tires and wheels with less than 300 miles on them?

I got the 3" Pacer Heavy Duty Flexy Flare for a fender flare blown.

Also, does anybody know the torque of the lug nuts on these hummer rims?

I really don't know. I used a impact set to 150ft/lbs to put them on.

We couldn't find a hole saw anywhere in town so my buddy said let's just use a die grinder and go really slow Well it worked like a champ everything on in about a hour I tried it first without the D25 springs and they rubbed a little but not much. I liked the look of leveled trucks so I went that route next. Only problem was it make the a$$ end look lower even thou it wasn't. So taller block in rear next, shaved them to look right then discovered the T-Rex mini blocks Oh well it was worth it truck feels more like a 3rd Gen than a 2nd Gen. I'll be putting the rest of the T-Rex kit on this winter.

I've run these tires in the snow and they're great!!!

Fourwls, how exactly did you modify the center caps to make them fit, The hummer ones dont fit on the back so I got nothin. And I really like them center caps, please go into more explanation.

I cut approx 3/4 of an inch off around the bottom of the cap. I then used a set of tin snips and cut the metal "L" that snaps onto the lugs so that they would fit into the wheel.

I wish I would have taken pictures and I know my description is worthless.

Well I was looking at them and it looks like I just have to cut a little bit around the circumference of the plastic so the that metal "L" can reach the lug nuts. Either that or grind the wheel at little more . It is very strange that to make the wheels fit over the Dodge hubs, that grind the a lip off the inside made it fit perfectly, now to make the hubcaps fit, grinding the same size lip, will also make it fit perfectly. Mabye this wheel was originally designed for use on the new Dodge pickups but was never picked up so GM stamped their name on it and put those lips in to make it fit the Hummer, hmmm.
Anyways, I will probably just take a little bit around the plastic of the hubcaps, what would be the best way to cut this, holesaw, jigsaw, rotary tool with cutting disc? Thanks.

I clamped my circular saw to my work bench with two C-clamps. Adjusted the blade height to the desired level them tightened the C-clamps. I set the blade depth just deep enough to go through the plastic.

Then I put the center cap flat on the bench and spun it while running the saw. Perfect cut all the way around.
