I wonder if i can get 40x14.50's under my truck with the 4.5" (6" actuall) lift. I've had 38.8x11's (or whatever the 11x16's are) Has anyone tried? my concern is the tire hitting the fender by the door. I've got plenty of room in front to push the axel forword but then the spring cups wouldnt be lined up and I'm guessing thats a bad idea.

Thanks for posting those pics Smokeum. My 02 had a leveling kit on it when I bought it with the stock size tires and I was wondering how 33's (285/75's actually) would look on it. I know they look good on a stock truck, but I was afraid they'd look to small with the leveling kit. Doesn't look to bad.

I just wore out my first set of 285's on my truck and i want to go big, but cant afford to lift it yet. Is it possible to fit 37's under my truck with just a leveling kit? I know I could safely run 35's but would 37's rub THAT much? I dont mind blocking the steering maybe the last 1/4 turn because i can get them for the same price. I plan on eventually putting on a 4.5 inch lift, but for now there isnt enough money in the bank.
Thanks Fred.

Heres mine, really only lifted due to the 315s. The 3" lift is almost complete and ready to go on. Eventually it'll be 8" of lift and 38s.

A lot of good looking trucks guys!

I don't know where smokeum got his headlights, but you can find about 4 or 5 pages worth of them listed on ebay.
