Turbos10, if you don't mind me asking, where did you get your aftermarket intercooler from to fit in the ol' Chevy? A good friend of mine has a 1998 Chevy with a 12 valve in it and needs to badly intercool his Cummins. Thanks...

I used a 2nd gen I/C with some cutting.....

I cut the bottom four rows off of the cooler and tank as well as all the mounts. A buddy of mine welded up the tanks and welded 1/8" aluminum mounting brackets. I installed it upside down as well to make for easier plumbing. I just had to trim the cold air inlets in the core support a little to get the inlet tubes to go through. I also had to run a gasoline radiator due to the chevy diesel radiator being too wide.

Thanks. Same to you. I love to see a Ford with a Cummins in it. Especially one as well done as yours.

Is that the 6" RCD lift in your sig? Have you changed any thing about it? Let us know what size tire will fit in there with out rubbing and how it rides.

Yes it is the RCD lift on the front. But the only thing I have from RCD is the long arms and the brackets that go on the axle and the frame, I think I drilled a total of 40 holes way to many. I have Top Gun Customs 6 inch front springs on it cause the RCD crap didnt raise the truck. The rest of their stuff is absolute JUNK!!!!!! I plan on doin a full review of this system when my truck is done would I recommend this to anyone not a chance in hell. Their customer service sucks. If I didnt have the cash I have in their lift I would of put another companys stuff on. The front shock bracketery is Fabtech, which also had to be modified(Ill explain in my own post about what it took to lift my truck. The shocks are Bilstien 7100's. It was all custom powdered coated and turns alot of heads, look for my topic when its all done which could take some time with Centerline, but I will kepp you all up to date. As far as the ride I couldnt be more impressed it rides super smooth way better than stock. I guess its like everything now that I have done it I could easily do it again probably faster and better, but oh well I love my truck and wouldnt trade it for anything

very nice!
i'm watching these threads very closely as i've done some lifts and i'm looking to lift mine.

Does anyone have the skyjacker 7" long arm kit on here with pics?

Here is a guys truck I did for him, bds long arm with 2" coil spacer on top of that, lift came with the raised leaf springs and then i put blocks on top of that. the small tires (33") don't do justice, it sits a lot higher than the pic shows.
