There was a member in the classifieds that sold kits for a Holley or maybe Scotty could set you up. Blue Chip for the cover and I cant answer the exhaust ?

Pretty much any aftermarket exhaust is gonna be quiet if you've got a muffler on them. Bluechip sells the pump cover but be warned that the dealers are looking under the cover to see if it's been tampered with. I recommend the TST grabber. Smaller hole and harder to detect. Ryan was the name of the guy selling the holley kit. Do a search on here for aftermarket fuel pumps and then I recommend getting comfortable cause there's a TON of info. I also highly recommend Scotty's max flow kit. It's funny you say that your truck has lost performance at 60k miles. I've got almost 80k on my old girl and she gets faster every day.

BWS,
Yer warranty on the engine is good till 100,000 miles, no time limit. However, be carefull with that pump! Them dealers are well aware of fuel modules.

Deffinently do a Scotty or K&N with the air. That is a must. 16 aint bad. I get around 17.5 on the road at 80 MPH empty. 14 pullin my camper.
I run Stanadyne blue lable year round. Never had to touch my injectors.
Hope this help!

Well, after 80k miles, my old injectors looked alright. They had some carbon build up but not bad. As for a set of cheap injectors, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...e=STRK:MEWA:IT That should do it.
