KORE Chase Suspension now installed...

The KORE Chase Suspension was installed today by ProTrucks which took about 5 hours for one mechanic. They are the best around the northern virginia area with suspension lift installations. After the installation was complete I went staight to have my alignment checked because the steering wheel was about 2" off center clockwise. It was done on a Hunter machine and when I was driving back home on I-95 I noticed that now the steering wheels is about 1.5 - 2" off center counter-clockwise while driving straight. Also, it feels like the front-end is floating a bit and with play in the steering. That's the best I can describe it. The shop didn't give me the spec sheet so that I could see the results and I was so excited about having everything done I didn't think to ask. They are closed now but I will call tomorrow to get the printout. Should I have a 2.5 - 3.0 degree positive caster to correct this?

Also, the Toyo 315's will be here next week so I am still running the stock 265/16 tires.

Anyone else experience anything similiar to this?

just adjust the steering wheel

any lift will make your front end "float"... The feel will change when you get your bigger tires.. as for your wheel being off center.. there is an easy adjustment .. a bar in the front end has two bolts on it.. you losen them.. and turn the piece while your truck is stopped withe the wheel in the position that drives straight.. turn the piece on the bar till wheel is centered.. tighten and go drive again.. just keep adjusting it until its all good.. By the way, you should have waited on the alignment,.. get one done with the big tires on it.. and make them straighten out the wheel.. its just lazyness when they don't ..

The reason that I did the alignment right away was because the 315's will not be here until next week and I didn't want to hurt anything by driving about 350 miles before then. I will get it re-done as you stated with the 315's.

I was going to post the pictures but could not figure out how.
