Just spent all my $$
HRVP, Phat Shaft 64, and Mach 4's are on the way I'm going through Doug aka Jetpilot at PDW and hopefully will have all three installed in Dec
I checked repair history at the Dodge dealer and they say my VP was changed at 44K, which is about 100k miles ago. I got the dreaded p-2016 so I swapped LP's and relocated and the code didn't drop so I'm guessing the VP is on the way out. Its all the excuse I needed
I'm going to try to baby my clutch for a couple months until I can afford another one I'm unsure if I'll go with the SB that is so popular here or the Luk cermametallic. I still want to add the mad ecm too, but I am going to be broke broke broke for a few months I *might* be looking at 500 w/o a wire tap once I'm done- but don't want to make any claims
Any thoughts or comments on my setup?
Shane at II was very informative and he hadn't heard of the special fed-ex electronics on the Blue Chip HRVP btw. Maybe its hype, but I'll be installing a heatsink on there just to try to prolong the life of my hrvp.
Doug @ PDW has been very helpful here, in e-mails, and on the phone and I just want to let you guys know he's a great guy to work with if you're looking to drop some coin or just want some basic info

sounds good, I know schieds hot rod pump made over an 100 hp increase alone on a stock truck. Also tell me how that turbo works out for you is it the 64/14 cuz im probably going to be looking for a similiar one but not sure if it'll be II or htt yet. sounds like youll be having fun though, and a clutch will be coming sonner than you think cuz just my 10 plate in stock position destroyed mine.

HRVP, MAD ECM and Mach 4's?
Lots of non reducable fuel down at low rpm's.
Hope you don't tow any...cause your fueling (and smoke), pre-boost will be heavy....IMO.
Will be very interested to hear how it does - daily driving?

No towing here. Maybe I'll be happy and won't want any more mods past the clutch Mad ECwho? Hopefully I'll be able to report soon. Oh and yes- this is a daily driver.

Your going to be very happy!
I have basically the exact same setup except with and HX40. I just took a ride in a truck running the PS64 and Mach 6's - has better spool up and less smoke than I have across the board. You'll find smoke and EGT's will be VERY controllable once you learn to drive again - towing is not a big issue either.
