Just Installed Wildcat Max-Flow :D
Just installed yesterday .......20 at idle, 15 cruising, 11 WOT..the pusher pump helps a bit too ( about 4 lbs )..i also did the mechanical FP gauge Rod sells...No Leaks even on the first start, this kit is definitely high-grade material and worth it IMO...seems a bit more responsive and seems to be a bit quieter at idle...One thing i did notice though is I am almost positive the FP gauge seems to be "noisy", not bad it just seems it brings some engine noise in the cab?!? anyone experience this w/ the mechanical FP gauge?

I've got the Maxflow kit ordered from Rod as well. It looks like you are getting some good numbers after the install.
Did you install the connection for the fuel psi guage at the VP44 or at the fuel filter? The pulses given off by the the injection pump can cause noise at the gauge and also make the needle jump around a little. You can install a needle valve at the gauge connection to dampen the pulses. The valve only needs to be opened a tiny bit for the gauge to work. It works great with my Isspro...no noise.

I have the max flow kit & Rods mech. fuel pressure gauge. No noise in the cab. Mine is connected to the bottom of fuel canister with needle valve just cracked open. I'm running 15lbs at idle 13lbs at cruise & 11lbs at wot with the stock lift pump.

I HOOKED IT UP ON THE TOP OF THE FILTER...HE PROVIDED ME W/ THE NEEDLE VALVE BUT I HAVE IT CRANKED ALL THE WAY OPEN, I WILL TRY TO CLOSE IT A BIT, MAYBE THAT WILL QUIET IT DOWN...THANKS FOR THE TIP...TANKERYANKER, MY PRESSURES ARE THE SAME AS YOURS WITH THE PUSHER PUMP TURNED OFF, IT'S FUNNY THOUGH OUR WOT READINGS ARE THE SAME..

Don't just "CLOSE IT A BIT". Close it all the way, then open is slowly until it starts working - just enough to let the fuel in. Opening it any further will let the noise in.
